Thought I would share some tidbits about myself, so here we go:
1. I was born in Europe and lived there for 13 years.
2. My favorite cartoon growing up was Tom and Jerry.
3. I have a sweet tooth.
4. I'm an only child.
5. I really want to live somewhere else; the winters in Canada are just too cold.
6. I hardly ever drink alcohol.
7. I broke my leg when I was 12 while playing volleyball.
8. My favorite movie is Gone with the wind.
9. I'm not too fond of pictures of myself.
10. I never had any pets.
To end this post with a random picture, here is an angry little apple that I took a picture of while apple picking this past October. I thought it was adorable!

Cleaning out my closet
After solving my necklace dilemma, I tackled my closet. My summer clothes were still there, falling on the floor, off the hangers, thrown all over the place. It was just a horrible mess.
One of the issues that I have is that I have way too many clothes and too small of a closet. (Well, let's pretend the closet is too small and that I dont have an obsession with buying clothes, shall we?)
So, I invested in 2 packages of Wonder Hangers. I bought mine from Ebay, but I also saw them at Giant Tiger and Wal-Mart. I believe they retail for around $10-14. In each package you get 8 hangers and on each hanger you can hang 5 normal hangers.
Here is what my closet looks like after.
They saved so much space in my closet, which is quite amazing.
The only downside is that it is a bit difficult to take the desired piece of clothing out while taking care not to mess up the other clothes.
However, this is the best method I've found so far that seems to work well at helping me make the most of the space I have.

How I store my necklaces
Up until yesterday I had all my necklaces clasped on 2 hangers in my closet. They got tangled, I would constantly forget about most of my necklaces and it just wasn't pretty.
I then discovered this board that I bought from the Dollar Store a few years ago in an effort to get myself organized for school and keep track of all my assignments. It sat unloved in the basement, so I thought it would be the perfect solution for my tangled necklace dilemma.
It's just a simple frame made out of cardboard I believe. I used paper tacks to hang the necklaces.
So far, I really like this. All my necklaces are on display, it is so easy to see what I have now and much easier to accessorize when I see everything in front of me rather than having to dig through my closet or jewelry box.

And so it starts...
An impromptu decision later, I decided to start a blog. I've though about this before, just never really quite had the guts to go through with it. Well, here we are.
Skipping the introductions for a later date, here's an amazing lip product I've discovered a few weeks ago. The weather here in Canada has been quite harsh on my skin this fall and both my cheeks and lips are giving up the fight. Skin is peeling, nothing is moisturizing enough, no lipbalm or moisturizer does the trick.
However, here is something that did save my lips. Before I was using Burt's Bees along with other drug store lipbalms. None of them provided long term hydration.
Enter Caudalie's Lip Conditioner.
I would have posted pictures of my lipbalm, but it looks quite unnatractive right now after being used exessively for the past 2 - 3 weeks.
This balm is amazing!
It's got natural ingredients, which is a big plus for me. It goes on smoothly on the lips, and it stays there! For hours! After about 2 days of using this, my lips were no longer chapped, but smooth and very hydrated. It tastes great and it's long lasting.
I bought mine from Sephora and paid $16 for the duo set. If your lips are in need of some extra TLC, I truly recommend buying this.
